Welcome to When in Roam (Glen Wilbert Photography). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to When in Roam. We operate whennroam.com (the “Site”) to offer fine art photography prints (the “Services”). The Site is built on Squarespace, which enables us to provide the Services to you. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Access and eligibility

By using the Services you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and, if you create an account, for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Our products

We’ve made every effort to represent our prints accurately. Colors and appearance may differ from how they look on your screen, depending on your device. Product descriptions and availability may change at any time.

3. Orders

When you place an order you’re making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, and your order isn’t accepted until we confirm it. Because every print is made to order, we may be unable to change or cancel an order once it’s in production — please review your order carefully before submitting. Returns and refunds are handled under our Shipping, Returns & Care policy.

4. Prices and payment

Prices may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices don’t include taxes, shipping, or customs/import charges. Payment is processed by Squarespace Payments. You confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we aren’t liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. See our Shipping, Returns & Care page for details.

6. Intellectual property

All photographs, images, text, and design on the Site are owned by When in Roam (Glen Wilbert) and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any of the artwork or content without our prior written consent. The photographs remain the artist’s intellectual property even after a print is purchased; buying a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

7. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or use third-party websites and tools, which we don’t control. We provide these “as is,” without warranties, and aren’t responsible for them. Review their terms before use.

8. Relationship with Squarespace

The Site is hosted by Squarespace. Any purchase you make is directly with When in Roam, not with Squarespace. Squarespace isn’t responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and us, including any loss or damage resulting from the products.

9. Prohibited uses

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to break any law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the Site’s security or operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these disclaimers, so they may not all apply to you.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, When in Roam isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any product purchased through them.
