How the Site uses Squarespace and payment processors
This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit, including information about your browser, network, and device, and the pages you view. Squarespace needs this data to run and improve the platform, and analyzes it in a de-personalized form. You can read more in Squarespace’s own Privacy Policy.
When you make a purchase, we use Squarespace as our commerce platform and Squarespace Payments to process payment. Your payment information is also received and processed by Stripe in accordance with its privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). As you check out, the Site may auto-complete your address using the Google Places API to make checkout easier.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run the business and as described here:
With Squarespace and our payment processor, to host the Site and process orders and payments.
With our fulfillment partner, Printful, which prints, packs, and ships your order: we share the name and address needed to deliver it.
With service providers who support analytics, fraud prevention, and email, who process information on our behalf.
Where required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies to run effectively, keep your session secure, and understand how the Site is used. If you visit from the EU or UK, a cookie banner lets you accept, decline, or manage non-essential cookies, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time. The cookies the Site uses fall into the following categories:
Essential cookies
Strictly necessary for the Site to work and to keep it secure. These can’t be switched off.
• GCLB: a session cookie used by Google Cloud (which hosts the platform) to balance server load.
• rc::a: set by reCAPTCHA to tell human visitors apart from automated bots and protect Site forms.
• crumb: a Squarespace security cookie that recognizes your browser during a visit and helps prevent cross-site request forgery.
Analytics cookies
Help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. The Site uses Squarespace’s built-in analytics, which collect information about your visit (such as the pages you view and basic device and browser details). Squarespace analyzes this data in a de-personalized form on our behalf. These cookies are set only where allowed by your cookie-banner choices.
Managing cookies
You can manage non-essential cookies through the Site’s cookie banner, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though disabling some may affect how parts of the Site work.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Site, fulfill orders, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. EU and UK residents have additional rights under the GDPR, including objecting to or restricting processing and withdrawing consent. To exercise any of these, contact us through the Contact page.
International transfers
We’re based in the United States and may store and process your information there and in other countries. Where we transfer information out of the EEA or UK, we rely on recognized safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
The Site isn’t intended for children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date.
