Shipping, Returns & Care
Every print is made to order. When you place an order, your piece is produced and carefully packed before it ships. So each one arrives fresh, not pulled from a shelf.
Delivery times
Because each print is made to order, delivery has two stages: a few days to print, frame, and pack your piece, then transit to your door. Together, that usually means:
Within the US: about 1–3 weeks from order to delivery.
International: about 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs.
You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier timelines and customs processing can vary, especially around holidays.
Framed canvas and framed prints are packed with extra protective materials, since artwork needs more care in transit than an ordinary parcel.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Orders are produced and dispatched from the United States. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us, and aren’t included in the order total.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days from receiving your piece to request a return, for any reason. To be eligible, the artwork should be in the same condition it arrived in and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Get in touch through our Contact page (whennroam.com/contact) to request a return. We’ll confirm the return and send instructions on how and where to send the piece back. Please don’t send anything back before requesting a return. Items returned without a request first can’t be accepted.
Damaged or faulty pieces
Please look over your order when it arrives. If a piece is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item, contact us right away and include a few clear photos of the artwork and the packaging it came in. The photos let us resolve it quickly and get a replacement moving.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, it goes back to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Bear in mind your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t seen the refund, reach out through the Contact page.
EU buyers: 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without giving one, in addition to our 30-day policy above. The piece should be in the same condition it arrived in, with its original packaging.
Choosing your size
Every artwork lists its available sizes on the product page, from 8×10 inches up to 24×36 inches. To picture the finished piece in your room, try a simple trick: cut a piece of paper to the size you’re considering and tape it to the wall for a day. It’s the easiest way to judge scale before it arrives.

Caring for your print
Your artwork is made with archival-weight materials and built to last. A little care keeps it looking its best:
Hang it out of direct, prolonged sunlight, which can fade any print over time.
Avoid humid spots like bathrooms or directly above a stove.
Dust gently with a dry, soft cloth. No water or cleaning sprays on the canvas or frame.
Hanging hardware comes pre-installed, so your piece is ready to hang straight out of the box.
