Minimalism Takes the Great American Road Trip

Glen Wilbert is a Texas-based fine art photographer who distills familiar American landscapes, California coastlines, desert highways, beach culture, to their compositional essence. Clean geometry, pastel light, and a touch of whimsy replace visual noise.

His minimalist photography sits in conversation with pop art and geometric abstraction, influenced by Piet Mondrian, Ed Ruscha, and David Hockney as much as by the documentary tradition of Robert Frank and Stephen Shore. The result is work that reveals hidden pattern and quiet structure in recognizable places.

Available in color and black-and-white fine art prints through the When in Roam shop.
